Ambalal Patel has expressed the possibility of heavy rains in Gujarat on June 25-30, despite the disruption of monsoon in Karnataka. Ambalal has said that there are chances of heavy rains in Gujarat due to the effect of cyclone and monsoon. In this regard, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain in the southern part of the state and Saurashtra in the coming days.
There will be thundershowers in these areas
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted rain in the state this week. According to the Meteorological Department, Dahod, Panchmahal, Chota Udepur, Narmada, Dang and Tapi are likely to experience light rain with thundershowers on Thursday, Navsari, Valsad and Saurashtra’s Porbandar, Gir Somnath and Junagadh districts will have similar weather between Friday and Sunday.
The average temperature in the state remained below 40 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. Vallabh Vidyanagar recorded the highest maximum temperature of 38.8 °C, followed by Bhavnagar at 38.6 °C.
It will rain in the districts of Central, South Gujarat and Saurashtra till June 28.
Monsoon will have a weak start in Gujarat, but later it will start its big round. Farmers may still have to wait for sowing.

The weather will be cloudy in Ahmedabad, the chances of rain are negligible. Gujarat still has to wait five days for the official monsoon. About 18 percent of the rain has fallen in the entire state so far.
Ambalal Patel predicted rain
In a conversation with Gujarati, Ambalal Patel has said that the monsoon has been confusing this year. Instead of what should have been rains on June 10-12, Mumbai received thundershowers. Rains that were supposed to fall over Andaman-Nicobar were also delayed. Meanwhile, Ambalal Patel has expressed the possibility of heavy rain on 25-30.
Chance of rain in Saurashtra and Kutch after two days
Director of Meteorological Department Dr. Manorama Mohanty said about the monsoon forecast that there will be chances of rain in some places in the state in the next five days. Especially in South Gujarat, Dang, Tapi, Narmada, Chotaudepur are likely to receive normal rainfall. So there is a possibility of rain in Saurashtra and Kutch after two days.
